Adventures in Supercomputing (AIS)

The Adventures in Supercomputing (AiS) program is designed to cultivate the interest of women, minority, and disadvantaged high school students in science, mathematics and computing. During the school year, students develop computational science projects. These are exhibited at an exposition in each state in the spring. Other Universities and Laboratories are partnering in this program and 69 high schools are participating along with 5 middle schools. An award winning student from Wartburg High School may be at the Information Technology Exhibit to talk about his project and experiences with the program.
