GRAIL and GENQUEST are informatics tools used by researchers in the Human Genome Program to bot h research and share DNA sequence data collected in the Human Genome Program. GRAIL and GENQUEST are accessed daily by thousands of Human Genome Researchers around the world. GRAIL is a suite of tools designed to provide analysis and putative annotation of DNA sequences both interactively and through the use of automated computation. GRAIL supports a wide range of analysis tools, including gene modeling. GENQUEST is an integrated sequence comparison server which allows users to make use of a wide variety of sequence comparison methods and target databases.
